We realise that everyone has their own fitness goals which is why our specially trained staff will tailor an exercise plan that meets your needs and your lifestyle. We will conduct a comprehensive health screen and assessment so that your program will be safe and effective. Once you have your program, we will not forget you. You will receive regular follow ups and updates to your program so that you don’t get bored with the same old routine. Our plans will fit into your lifestyle, with programs that will achieve great results in as little as 30 minutes each day, 2-3 times a week! We can also give you a healthy eating plan that will compliment your exercise program so that you get the most out of your time at the gym.

Best of all, this is all included in your gym membership – that’s right, no more to pay! Our staff will always be available to help you with your workout at any time.

Weights
Our resistance, pin loaded, and free weights are all designed to meet the needs of everyone. We have structured the gym so that you should not be waiting to use equipment and our express lanes are designed to tone your muscles in three simple steps.

Cardio
Our cardio machines include the latest treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, cross trainers, step machines and fluid rower. Enjoy watching one of the new LCD televisions while you work out, or move to the beat of our latest music hits.

Group Classes
Included in your gym membership is free attendance at one of our group classes. It may be a session on the spin bikes, a THUMP® class, STEP® class or aerobics our staff are continually trained in the latest techniques. If you know of any other classes we don’t have that you are interested in trying, just talk to our friendly trainers and we may be able to organise to add it to our list.
