Fitness @ Beechworth Squash & FitnessHealth, wellbeing and fitness can be a challenge for the best of us and while setting personal goals is important, it should be viewed as a lifelong choice that is an integral part of your lifestyle. We adopt a holistic approach at BSFC that incorporates workouts with effective recovery techniques, including healthy eating.

Of equal importance is diversity in your exercise routine. That is why we have various options available to keep your fitness routine fresh and exciting. Aside from your regular gym program that is reviewed every three months, and is also included with your membership, we have many other fitness options that will keep you interested. Group classes are run regularly throughout the week and include Thump, Pump and Circuit, and best of all some of these are included in our Gold and Platinum packages. For a small additional fee you can get some extra guidance in one of our Group Training Sessions such as Muay Thai, Pilates, or Squash and Racquetball coaching. If you really want result fast then see our personal training section, where you get one on one dedicated time to make the best use of your workout time.

Healthy eating is pivotal to your success in the gym, regardless of whether your goal is to lose weight or to build muscle. So if you need some help with your healthy eating, our trainers are specially trained in nutrition and getting you on the path to a fitter and healthier you.

We also encourage our customers to exercise outside the gym as part of a complete program, and we are ideally located close to the Beechworth Gorge, Rotary Walk, and Rail Trail which are perfect complimentary exercises before or after your routine.  Why not take the dog for a walk for your cardio and then make use of our specially constructed dog shelter while you do you class or weight bearing routine.

Finally, check out our speciality Boot Camps. We achieve some amazing results on these camps and while it is hard work, the results at the end speak for themselves.
