Fitness On Demand

Fitness on DemandFitness On Demand is group fitness on request, whenever you choose!
With just a touch of a button, you can access an online library of over 90 fun and exciting exercise videos including kickboxing, dance, cycling, yoga, and more. Fitness On Demand takes the hassle out of rushing to make scheduled group fitness classes and with such a huge variety there is going to be a class that you enjoy.

Thump™ Boxing for Fitness

Thump Boxing for FitnessThis is a high energy 30 minute class that works the muscles and gives a sensational cardio burn. Designed specifically for fitness and muscle tone, you can feel the fat melt away as you punch focus pads with a partner. Additional exercises are thrown in to make sure you get a complete top to toe workout.

Circuit Class

CircuitThis class is a combination of aerobic (fitness) and anaerobic (muscle tone) exercises that are set out as rotating exercise stations to maximize your exercise time. Working to our high energy music, you move between the various stations guided by our instructor who will motivate you to get the most out of your exercise. The circuit changes regularly so there is plenty of variety to give you a head to toe workout!
